Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of chopped apples
- 1/2 cup of chopped oranges
- 1/2 cup of chopped pears
- 1/2 cup of chopped kiwi
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup of honey
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples, oranges, pears, and kiwi.
- Add the almonds and sunflower seeds. Mix until combined.
- Drizzle the honey over the fruit mixture and mix until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled.
