Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup of chopped oranges
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pears
  • 1/2 cup of chopped kiwi
  • 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup of honey

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples, oranges, pears, and kiwi.
  2. Add the almonds and sunflower seeds. Mix until combined.
  3. Drizzle the honey over the fruit mixture and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  5. Serve chilled.
