Ingredients

  • 1 kg sirloin steak
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the steak on a baking sheet and brush with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper and rub the minced garlic over the steak.
  4. Bake the steak for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the steak from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Slice the steak into thin slices and place on a serving platter.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and parsley.
  8. Drizzle the sauce over the steak and serve.
