Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup of melted chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of crushed nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of shredded coconut (optional)

Directions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into 1-inch slices.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  3. Dip each banana slice into the melted chocolate, making sure that it is completely covered.
  4. Lay the banana slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed nuts and shredded coconut over the banana slices, if desired.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least one hour, or until the banana pops are frozen.
  7. Enjoy!
