These baked sesame chicken wings are a flavorful and healthier alternative to traditional fried wings. The combination of soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame seeds creates a sticky and sweet glaze that perfectly coats the crispy wings. A perfect appetizer or main dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Seal the bag and shake to coat the wings evenly.
  4. Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
  5. Remove the wings from the oven and sprinkle with additional sesame seeds before serving.
