Ingredients
- 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
 
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

- 12 slider buns
 
- 12 slices provolone cheese
 
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
 
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
 
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
 
- salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
 
- Add thinly sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
