  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add thinly sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
  4. Push the onions and peppers to one side of the skillet and add the roast beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes, just until warmed through.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  7. Layer the roast beef, onions, and peppers on the slider buns, and top with slices of provolone cheese.
  8. Place the top halves of the buns on top of the cheese.
  9. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and additional minced garlic.
  10. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the buns.
  11. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
