Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups of cornflakes, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Pour milk into a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, mix together the flour, crushed cornflakes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in milk, then dredge in the cornflake mixture, and place on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the chicken breasts with the olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
