Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- In a separate shallow bowl, add the milk.
- In a third shallow bowl, add the panko bread crumbs.
- Dip the chicken cubes into the flour mixture, then the milk and finally into the panko bread crumbs.
- Place the chicken cubes on a greased baking sheet.
- Drizzle with the olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the chicken nuggets halfway through.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
