Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. In a separate shallow bowl, add the milk.
  4. In a third shallow bowl, add the panko bread crumbs.
  5. Dip the chicken cubes into the flour mixture, then the milk and finally into the panko bread crumbs.
  6. Place the chicken cubes on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Drizzle with the olive oil.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the chicken nuggets halfway through.
  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
