Ingredients
1 pound of corned beef
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of celery seed
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 cup of beef broth
1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add the corned beef and brown for 3-4 minutes.
Add the spices and stir to combine. Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle the panko bread crumbs over the top of the mixture.
Cover the Dutch oven and place in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
