Ingredients
- 1 pound of corned beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add the corned beef and brown for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the spices and stir to combine. Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle the panko bread crumbs over the top of the mixture.
- Cover the Dutch oven and place in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
