Ingredients
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter, sugar, salt, and olive oil and mix until combined.
- Add in the all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour and mix until a dough forms.
- Form the dough into a ball and place on a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
- Form the dough into a round loaf and place in an air-fryer basket. Cover the basket with a damp cloth and let the dough rise for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Place the basket in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Remove the bread from the air fryer and let cool completely before serving.
