Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 cups mini pretzels

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, pepper, and chili powder. Set aside.
  3. Cut bacon slices into thirds. Wrap each piece around a pretzel and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Dip each bacon-wrapped pretzel in the brown sugar mixture, coating each side.
  5. Place the pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp.
