Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1/2 lb bacon, diced
  • 2 avocados, pitted and diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside.
  3. Add the avocados to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce is thick and creamy.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti and bacon to the sauce and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
