Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef tripe
  • 1 pound hominy
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 dried pasilla chilies

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
