Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced

Directions

Add the broth and sesame oil and bring to a boil.
Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the soup has thickened, about 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Stir in the cilantro, if using.
Serve hot.
