Ingredients

  • 1 block extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Crumble the pressed tofu into a bowl.
  2. Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the bowl.
  3. Add the garlic and spices to the bowl and mix everything together.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the tofu mixture to the skillet and cook until everything is heated through, about 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
