Ingredients
- 1 block extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Crumble the pressed tofu into a bowl.
- Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the bowl.
- Add the garlic and spices to the bowl and mix everything together.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the tofu mixture to the skillet and cook until everything is heated through, about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
