Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until blended. Stir in the onion, bell pepper, ham, cheese, garlic powder, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.
