Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 4-6 tortillas

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, shrimp, and taco seasoning. Toss to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine bell peppers, onion, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  4. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  5. Place bell pepper mixture in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  6. Assemble fajitas by adding shrimp and bell pepper mixture to each tortilla. Top with cilantro.
  7. Enjoy!
