Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
