Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
