Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, and paprika. Mix everything together until well-combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs. Place the meatballs in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and water. Pour the mixture over the meatballs.
  4. Bake the meatballs in preheated oven at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cooked through.
