Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup minced onions
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles for toppings
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and egg.
- Mix the ingredients together until they are well combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape into patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.
- Toast the buns in the oven or on the grill.
- Place the burgers on the toasted buns and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
