Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 Western-style flat iron steaks, about 8 ounces each

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  2. Season the flat iron steaks with salt and pepper. Place on a preheated grill over medium-high heat. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
  3. Remove the steaks from the grill and top each steak with a dollop of the herb-garlic butter. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
