Directions
In a bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Season the flat iron steaks with salt and pepper. Place on a preheated grill over medium-high heat. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
Remove the steaks from the grill and top each steak with a dollop of the herb-garlic butter. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
