Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes, for rolling

Directions

  1. Place the dates and walnuts in a food processor and pulse until the mixture is finely ground.
  2. Add the honey and cinnamon and pulse again until combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in the coconut flakes.
  4. Place the balls on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
