Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. In a food processor, blend the walnuts until they are finely chopped.
  2. Add the honey, dark chocolate chips, ground almonds, cinnamon and sea salt to the food processor and blend until combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the balls in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  5. Allow the balls to cool before serving.
