- 4 slices of artisan bread
- 4 tablespoons of butter, softened
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 4-6 slices of cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup of caramelized onions
- 1/4 cup of sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of thinly sliced fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread, butter side down, onto the skillet or griddle.
