In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add venison tips and cook until lightly browned, about 4 minutes. Remove venison tips from the skillet and set aside.
Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, and thyme and bring to a boil.
Return the venison tips to the skillet and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, bring the rice, water, and a pinch of salt to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and all of the liquid has been absorbed.
Serve the venison tips over the cooked rice.
