Easy Spring Rolls Air Fried
Ingredients
1 lb. lean beef, cut into cubes
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups beef stock
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Directions
In a large pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add the beef cubes and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned.
Add the onion, garlic, potatoes, carrots, paprika, caraway seeds, marjoram, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Add the beef stock and tomato paste, stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, or until the beef and vegetables are tender.
Serve hot.
