Ingredients
2 steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of dried thyme

Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Rub the steaks with the olive oil, garlic, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
