Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat
- 1 onion, sliced

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, black pepper, salt, orange juice, lime juice, and vinegar.
- Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder and add the bay leaves.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
- Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
