Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together the rosemary, sherry, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure to coat both sides of the pork chops. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the pork chops from the marinade, shaking off any excess, and place them in the hot skillet. Sear the pork chops for 2 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve the rosemary sherry pork chops with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.
