These orange pork chops are tangy, flavorful, and easy to make. The orange juice adds a refreshing citrus taste while the tarragon adds a hint of herbal flavor. Serve the chops with roasted vegetables or a side of rice for a complete meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, tarragon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the pork chops in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the pork chops for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and nicely browned.
  6. Remove from the grill and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the orange pork chops with roasted vegetables or a side of rice. Enjoy!
