Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together yogurt, lemon juice, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat them well. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and shake off excess. Discard remaining marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through and charred in spots.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
