Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of tomato paste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rinse the ribs and pat dry with paper towels. Rub the dry rub mixture onto the ribs on both sides, and place the ribs on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Mix together the honey, apple cider vinegar, and tomato paste. Brush the mixture onto the ribs, then bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove the ribs from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
