Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together flour, butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, baking soda and salt, until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1/2-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool on baking sheet for 5-10 minutes.
