Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite protein powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
