Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  3. Stir in the beaten egg and vanilla extract.
