Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked Italian sausage
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle about 14x10 inches.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ham, sausage, mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, basil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture onto the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Roll up the dough from the long side, forming a cylinder. Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the top of the stromboli with olive oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
