- 1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
- 1/2 cup diced cooked Italian sausage
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle about 14x10 inches.
- In a large bowl, combine ham, sausage, mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, basil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Spread the cheese mixture onto the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Roll up the dough from the long side, forming a cylinder. Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top of the stromboli with olive oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
