Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound pork loin, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 tablespoons sake
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the pork strips and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  3. Add the soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, ginger, and garlic to the pan and stir to combine.
