3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the cumin, smoked paprika, turmeric, ginger, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the salt, vegetable broth, and squash. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until the squash is tender.
Stir in the coconut milk and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
