Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Grease the pan with butter.
  5. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot pan. Cook until the edges begin to brown, about 2 minutes.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve with butter, syrup, or your favorite topping.
