  • 14 ounces firm tofu, pressed and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crumbled tofu, nutritional yeast, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
