Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
