Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can beef broth
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Press the 'Saute' button on the Instant Pot and add olive oil.
- Add beef stew meat and brown on all sides. Remove from pot and set aside.
- Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery to the pot. Saute until onions are translucent.
- Stir in tomato paste, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in diced tomatoes and beef broth. Add beef back into the pot.
- Close lid and set to 'Meat/Stew' setting for 20 minutes.
- Once done, release pressure manually and serve hot.
