Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of chorizo, sliced
  • 1 bunch of broccoli rabe, trimmed and chopped
  • 1 pound of pasta
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
