Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and greased a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, cinnamon, ground allspice, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute to toast the spices.
