Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans hominy, drained and rinsed
- 3 dried guajillo chiles, stemmed and seeded
- 3 dried New Mexico chiles, stemmed and seeded
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork cubes and brown on all sides.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
