Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups popcorn
Directions
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, cloves, allspice, and white pepper and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the honey, corn syrup, and vanilla extract and stir until combined.
- Add the popcorn and stir until all of the popcorn is coated with the mixture.
- Remove from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Using wet hands, form the popcorn mixture into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
