Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp blackening seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with blackening seasoning on both sides.
