Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, dried thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Allow the shrimp to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, placing 4-5 shrimp on each skewer. This will make it easier to flip them on the grill.
