Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine the fruit, sugar, and lemon juice and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the fruit has softened and the mixture is thick and syrupy, about 20 minutes.
Add the sparkling wine and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the jam is thick and glossy, about 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let cool before serving.
