2 cups red or black plums, pitted and sliced

1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Add plums, soy sauce, honey, and pepper and cook for 5 minutes more.
Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
Serve over cooked rice.
